A nice, affordable option
This is part of a chain of hotels catering largely to business travelers. There's no bar or fitness center (you can get your exercise walking around the city, and Tokyo has no shortage of places to get a drink!), and they serve breakfast but not lunch or dinner. The room was small but clean and quiet, and the staff were very helpful. I appreciated having the coin laundry machines as I was staying for 9 nights. The location was perfect for me, because my company's Tokyo office is a 6 minute walk from the hotel. For a tourist, the hotel is not in the most exciting neighborhood, but it's easy walking distance from JR Kanda station, from which it's a short ride to Yurakucho/Ginza, Akihabara or Ueno. The Otemachi subway station is also walking distance. I will likely stay here again.

Neither particularly good nor particularly bad
This hotel is in a convenient location for the business district but the area is very quiet at night. Not far from Tokyo station which is convenient. The hotel was very average. I really didn't like the room floor corridors open to the exterior and the fact that when you enter the lobby it there is just a narrow passage and the rest of the space was the breakfast area with very bland old furniture. The reception staff were not the friendliest and couldn't tell me which entrance to take at Tokyo station for the N'Ex. They gave me wrong information which added considerably to the expense of the taxi journey. Other than this the hotel was basically ok but nothing special and I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again

Good centrally located hotel
Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Kanda station. Centrally located with connections to many subway and rail lines.
Neighborhood is good with lots of restaurants and convenience stores.
Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying here on the first leg of our Japan trip. The hotel is conveniently located just a five minute walk from Kanda station and a 20 minute walk from Tokyo station. There's a 7-11 right next door to the hotel, too.
The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke some English. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotlessly clean and I liked the decor. Like much of Tokyo the building was crammed in between others, and our room looked out onto another building only a few feet away. Also, there was a bizarre carpeted open corridor - something I’ve not seen before! All in all a quirky hotel but to be recommended!
The hotel was quite hard to find but is close to two subway stations, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is 5 minutes from Kanda station which is very convenient if you plan to take the subway most of the time. There is a 711 across the hotel and lots of dining options around the area. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I also love that they provided sesseki facial wash, oil cleanser and moisturizer. Highly recommend that you book your stay here when in Tokyo.

We stayed here again upon our return to Tokyo and were on a lower floor this time. Unfortunately there seemed to be a sewer issue so the bathroom kept smelling terrible so we had to keep the door shut so the whole room didn’t smell bad. Every thing else was the same as far as firm beds and requesting extra pillows.

The stay was nice and quiet and the staff was very friendly. The only thing about the room was that the beds are super firm so just be aware of this when booking. Extra pillows were available upon request which helped. AC worked great and was welcome after a hot day of exploring. Hotel was only a 5 minute walk to Kanda train station which was very helpful. There is a 7 eleven across the street for yummy snacks and drinks.

Pleasant stay hiwever we were comfortable because of the size of the room. You can barely walk i side with distance between two beds was 1-1/2 feet. We were really cramped. Breskfast was good. Staff was very helpful dddpite language battier. We liked the location as we were able to walk around on the street lined up with restaurants. 7-11 was just across the street.
