Loved my stay at the Granbell. As a solo traveller this was exactly what I needed. It was close to public transportation and easy to get to from Narita by airport bus limousine. I loved the amenities and breakfast had so many options. Be warned the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. I had to get creative storing my luggage.

The Shinjuku Granbell Hotel was lovely. We booked an economy twin and we're a little apprehensive, but the 183 square feet fit 2 people with backpacks quite comfortably. The breakfast buffet (they call it continental, but only because they do not make food to order) was a really nice spread of Western and Asian foods, and having it on the 12th floor presented a nice view of Shinjuku. Also, nice to have a microwave to warm foods from the nearby grocery (it was a long trip). If we were planning to stay in Shinjuku, we would stay again.
