You can use Hotels.com gift cards purchased in the US on the Hotels.com (US) website or app for eligible “Pay Now” hotel bookings worldwide. At checkout, select “gift card” as your payment method and enter your 16-digit card number and 8-digit PIN code to redeem the balance. If the gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can use another payment method to pay the remainder. Unless stated otherwise, gift cards cannot be used with loyalty rewards. Gift cards cannot be used at hotel property locations; for bookings charged by the property; for “Pay Later” bookings; for existing bookings; for non-hotel services (e.g., flights, car rentals, packages or activities); or through the Groups and Meetings tab. Only one gift card can be redeemed per booking, but multiple gift cards may be combined into one gift card with a maximum value of $2,000.

This tool cannot be used to merge cards that have been previously merged.
