The place exceeded my expectations. Very clean and spacious. The staff was very polite and professionally. The hotel is near a train station and many places to eat and bar hopping if you are in the mood. We highly recommend this place and the price point wss excellent.

Convenient hotel
I liked the hotel. The room is not really big, but it was ok - anyway, I spent all my time exploring Tokyo. So, I used the room just for sleeping. The root was very clean. The breakfest (buffet) was simple, but tasty. The people on reception - helpful and friendly. Pretty close to Kanda Station and Otemachi Station. Overall - I glad I booked a room innthat hotel

My bed wasn't clean enough in my first night there.. could see hair and some looks like scab on the bed..couldn't sleep well cuz my body felt itchy.. next day was better though but well.. And not enough bath towel ( only 1 and 1 small towel ) so had to go down to the front to get it

Super great value for money!
This is a very conveniently located hotel in the Sotetsu Fresa Inn chain of hotels. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It is great that they offer free amenities, however, the microwave ovens and ice dispenser are superb. Handy to heat a take out meal or the like after a long days work or sightseeing. I've stayed here before and I know I will come back.

Nicole is the sweetest and funniest
We had to stay one night before venturing off but it was last minute so the rooms were limited. We could not figure out how to have the AC in a cool setting. But a worker at the front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. Nicole. She is truly an asset to this hotel.
