Hotel is in a good location but the breakfast is not good the selection of cheese is smelly. The house keeping is also poor they dont clean the room properly and toilet smells quite a lot we bought our own bathroom freshener to clean the toilet. Please dont use the hotel hamam its not only expensive but does not provide the best service.

A nice property but lack the attraction of a first class hotel. Awkward rooms with two beds that reduce the room size. Monotonous break fast. The house keeping could be better. Staff not as friendly. Good for group travelers.

We had a lot of trouble checking in - although we showed the taxi driver our booking sheet, we were taken to 2 wrong Ramada hotels before a doorman from another hotel located the Ramada Plaza. We complained about the coffee - they did then fix the machine! Could do with some tourist info - like how to use the very extensive and good value public transport system!

This is the worst hotel you can stay at! Their service is horrible. They had no shampoo and no hand soap. Despite requesting them to fill them up they did not. The curtain also fell and i had to ask them 3 times to come up and fix it. It is was way over priced for the services. If you have no choice other than to stay here, make sure you don’t stay on level 1 as below is club and you will not be able to sleep from the music and bass which shakes your entire room!

Bu arada çalışanların gerçek bir eğitimden geçirilmesi gerekiyor çok yetersiz seviyede iletişim kurmuyorlar 😞

Eigentlich gutes Hotel, gut gelegen. Allerdings funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und auch mehrmalige Hinweise führten nicht zu Verbesserung. Da es Ende Oktober war eigentlich nicht schlimm, aber bei geöffnetem Fenster war der hintere Bereich extrem laut. Trotzdem zu empfehlen.
