It was so convenient being above a mart. The front staff were so helpful and friendly, bringing us our luggage we had shipped from Kyoto. After that we didn't really need to engage. Lots of people going in and out, plenty of elevators. It was about 10-15 min walk to the trains and convenient for us to get around Tokyo. It's also in an area near lots of restaurants and some cafes.

Great stay in Akasaka
Akasaka is away from the hustle / bustle from tourist places. Hotel in between 2 Metro stations. Rooms are cozy but ok for longer stay with great Onsen facilities

Clean and quiet
Room was clean and quiet. I wish though that they would have more than one pillow on the bed. I asked at front desk for extra pillow but they said they didn’t have any.
Hotel is in good location, 5 minutes walk to Harry Potter cafe and close to metro stations.

Amazing Views, Quiet prt of Tokyo
Amazing location, Great little room, floor plan might need re-thinking ( no need for the little couch taking up so much floor space, but everything else was perfect!
Thanks for a wonderful stay

Location is great between popular neighborhoods and attractions. There is public transportation very close to it, also multiple restaurants a 7/11 right outside.
Staff was friendly and easy check in. I would recommend it if you dont want to be in a crazy part of tokyo where you can relax after a long day.

This hotel is so clean and the staff go above and beyond to help you. It is a traveller friendly hotel and it had washing facility’s on site. A 711 downstairs to for snacks and drink at any time day or night.
The train stations were a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The rooms were super spacious and clean!
I definitely recommend staying here!

This was the first time that I’ve stayed in Akasaka, and I’m really glad that I did. The rooms were very clean and bigger than I had expected, and the location was very central, with easy subway connections to both Meiji Jingu and Ueno park. There’s also a very cool Harry Potter subway station entrance nearby if that’s your thing.
Definitely staying again the next time I travel to central Tokyo.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was nice and clean. The room was quite spacious for a hotel in Tokyo . The breakfast was nice though it had smaller selection than other ones, it was still very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great, lots of food around.

Great hotel, very convenient and new!
2nd trip to Japan, decided to stay in Akasaka and we really enjoyed it. Quieter than Shinjuku and Shibuya but with a TON of nearby restaurants and things to do. Excellent metro access as well. Staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and very up to date. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay at VIA Inn, the room was clean and while small it was still larger than other tokyo hotels we've stayed at. The location is perfect, there's a 7-11 in the building and it's location between 3 stations gives it great access to the most important lines including the G, C, M and N line. While it's quiet there's plenty of eating and drinking options nearby including some late dinning.
