Tiny room, but clean
It’s in Ginza, so you can expect any rooms to be very very small - the room was indeed tiny, with barely enough room to open my suitcase. Saying that however, it is Japan, so there’s a good chance it’ll be clean and safe - which it was.
The toiletries are in the lobby, you choose the ones you want before you get in the elevator. They give you laminated a4 instructions for help when you checkin, and in your room. The shower/bath-tub is half size, with a curtain and just about fits a toilet in there too. WiFi was good.
The main issue is the lobby is very crowded and messy, due to many suitcases being stored/on show in already a very small area.

The location was great for touring areas of Ginza. The old market was my favorite for sampling tasty Japanese foods.

SMALL ROOMS make this place Dis-Functional
The Rooms are TOO SMALL. OMG I can touch the cieling and there was No Room to open my luggage. There was No View, the room was clean but So Small I could not function or walk in my room. There are no coffee-tea amenities in the room you have to bring them up from the lobby. The place is clean but very busy and the counter staff does NOT speak English. Like No English. I wanted to leave this place immediately and the lobby staff did not seem to care about my desire for a room with 2 beds, since I rented 2 rooms for 4 travelors. It was a pain, I had to put some of the room furniture in the Hallway so I could walk.

Noisy, tired, looks better in the photos. Initially refused a spare pillow (room come with single very flat pillows) and had to really haggle for an extra one! Lots of bangs from neighbouring rooms. Blackout curtain held together with staples. Wonky tv on wall. Disappointing condition but good location.

Great hotel for short stay
This was a suitable hotel for a short stay 3 days or less.. it seems to be a new hotel but the rooms were very dated but clean.
Pro
Toiletries were in lobby, so you can pick up as much as needed each day
Luggage storage in lobby and they can ship your bags
Walking distance to shops, transportation and many restaurants
Quiet location
Friendly staff
Con
The WiFi was painfully slow, if you need to use the WiFi get up early or stay up late when there’s not much guest using it
There’s only one washing machine and one dryer
No free water in fridge
Extremely small room,

Room cleaning is an opt in:
Check-in took 30 minutes
Luggage storage was nice to have, but cluttered up the main hall
