Fiesta Americana has the best location, right next to a mall and pretty accesible. We loved the beds and amenities. Everyone that works there went above and beyond to resolved a conflict we had with the AC in our room, they went right away to fix it. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is next to the highway. It is very very noisy in the night. The traffic is still heavy in the night. Restaurant doesn’t have English menu and the staff in the restaurant don’t speak English. The room is clean and housekeeper is very nice and friendly.

Location was next to Starbucks so coffee was available. The air conditioning was fabulous! The restaurant was a disappointment: overpriced and underwhelming service. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern and it’s attached to a mall with a Starbucks and restaurants. It’s a large modern hotel and feels very safe and comfortable. They have a beautiful breakfast buffet and a gorgeous bar to hang out. We were also really impressed with the room service quality. The food was delicious. Last but not least, the staff was lovely. Especially the gentleman who helped us with our luggage and the valet. We definitely plan on staying here whenever we visit Mexico City.

The staff at this location is very unprofessional. We have stayed here several times and have not experienced this type of service before. We reserved hotel rooms for my family and me to celebrate Christmas and a joyful moment went away pretty fast. My wife's phone went missing and the staff here made a huge excuse about what happened and never provided evidence which makes me think they were covering up the entire situation.
