The hotel itself doesn’t look like much from outside but inside it’s clean and well kept, the rooms are also clean and well kept however the bedding needs to be updated and washed more often. Breakfast is great other lunch menu items are OK. service was always very nice. I would stay here again.

An okay stay for a weekend
It was an okay hotel. We got there and they didn't seem to have our reservation. We paid for an upgraded room, but got the basic room. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The breakfast and the view were great.

The hotel was closed down when we arrived. Somehow Expedia let us make a reservation at a hotel that is out of business. Sad because we liked this hotel very much.

Very nice modern hotel, with very comfortable beds. There is free parking and we had a delicious breakfast included. Very well situated on a major commercial street, you can walk to all the attractions. Staff were extremely pleasant, shout out to the parking attendant! We loved Durango, we were here as tourists.

Durango visit
Early morning noisy fan. Vanity sink was not draining properly, ceiling in bathroom was falling down. Bathroom was very small and tight. Someone should explain at the front desk about turning on the lights in the room. Front desk person should be friendlier
