Hood hotel conveniently placed in the major highway from Mexico City to Cuernavaca/Acapulco. Near two bug malls and many shops and restaurants, but given its location next to the highway it’s not walkable, you must drive to all these locations. The staff is very nice and the rooms clean, restaurant is good and opens untill late.

The only tricky thing was Finding the entrance right off the freeway, you’re on a highway and you have to make a sharp right turn to get in there so a Little signage would be appreciated. Other than that everything has been great so far. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean, restaurant has great food options , nice outside area ,gym has what you need to get a good workout . Nice plaza on the other side with movie theaters restaurants and lots of shopping . If your from out of town this is your best bet

Outdated hotel infested with cockroaches
The hotel is infested with cockroaches and mosquitos! We literally moved three times because every time we found dead or alive cockroaches in the rooms. Also, mosquitos are everywhere! In the hallways, in the lobby, in the elevator, in the room, at the restaurant, you name it! The staff is nice and the location could be better. The hotel is outdated and the AC doesn’t work very well, the rooms are hot, old and smell funky like mold. I would not stay here ever again. This is more like a business hotel, quick in and out of the highway.

Falta educación de respeto a lugares especiales
Mi esposa usa muletas y desafortunadamente encontré que el lugar señalado para estacionar mi auto para personas con discapacidad estaba ocupado por un auto de lujo y la familia que lo usaba no llevaba alguien con esa situación. Los encargados me dijeron que "no se dieron cuenta" cuando y quien se estacionó ahí. Ciertamente en nuestro país ese tipo de apoyo y respeto no es algo que se inculque tanto a empleados como público en general.

Estancia agradable.
Las habitaciones limpias, cómodas con lo básico necesario. Falta secadora de pelo, espejo de vanidad, toallas faciales. El jabón, shampoo y jabón corporal todos son los mismos, sería agradable tuvieran acondicionador. La crema corporal se sentía diluida. Las habitaciones un poco descuidadas. En cuanto a limpieza y amabilidad del personal no hay ninguna observación sobretodo los meseros del restaurante.
