Asked to wait 10mins at check in due to a large delegation in front, however only 1 colleague on reception - second colleague quickly spotted me and realised I was on a tight schedule. No iron in room and 3 requests not actioned for one to be provided. Room clean and functional, small bar area, just felt a little soul-less.
