Room was big and clean. Shower had literally no pressure and bathroom wouldn’t drain. By the time a finished showering I was standing in 4” of water. Took about 30min to drain. Pool desperately needed water. Water was below skimmers so they didn’t work and pool bottom was dirty. Girl that checked us in on Sunday was not very friendly. Expected a lot more based on reviews.

However, on my return trip, I encountered a problem with pickup from the airport. After I informed the hotel clerk, he apologized and attempted to make the situation right with me. Overall good stay.
