We thought we were getting a great deal with the hotel rate, until we got to the property and were told that parking was $30 a night. There were stains that appeared to be blood on the bedsheets and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. The room overall was dark and musty. The staff was responsive and took sheets to the room when we advised of the stains, but there was no other effort to make it right. The only reason we completed our stay was because we had a packed schedule with Disney and Universal studios. The positive is the location of the hotel in proximity to Universal Studios.

We stayed a short time at the hotel so we have no way to evaluate it as a whole. Regarding the room, it is very spacious, cozy, good bed, good shower. We were satisfied with him. We were not satisfied with the breakfast bistro. Very confusing and the staff did not collaborate in the sense of helping to understand how it works.

We were scheduled to stay there 2 nights this past weekend. Using arrival, all was fine until we got to our room. The TV channels were not working properly due to weather conditions. It started out with one channel (ABC) not working at all and that was the channel that the NBA Conference finals was playing on and we couldn't watch it. We notified the front desk of this matter and maintenance came to look at it and said there wasn't anything they could do. Shortly afterwards, all the channels went out for the rest of the night and we couldn't watch TV at all. Also, our AC system made a noise anytime it was running. Maintenance stated it was the filter and it was a common noise. So unfortunately, this made my wife and I want to end out stay early. The front desk was good, just the issues in our room we couldn't look past. Thanks
