Property bad & getting worse, staff is fantastic.
This was our second stay at this hotel in the past year. The first time, we assumed the issues were a temporary. This time around, same issues, but worse. Elevator was out of service for the duration of the stay (again). Hallways and stairways smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke (again). The smell of sewage was so overwhelming the last night of the stay we got up at 3am and left despite knowing we had a long day followed by a very long drive home ahead of us. The entire hotel feels damp and musty, sometimes overwhelmingly so. If there is not a lot of mold in this hotel I would be shocked, though I did not see any in our room.
The staff and their service was excellent during both of our stays but the building itself seems to be in a quickly worsening state of disrepair. The issues were not the fault of the staff - they were very friendly and polite. The location is fantastic. Wish they would overhaul the property or knock it down and rebuild.

Bed was clean and very comfortable. Water pressure on third was very low. Toilet took about five minutes to refill tank.( noisy ) slow.

We were in Parris island for grandson’s marine graduation. We stayed 3 nights. One of the things that impressed us was they opened up the breakfast VERY early (also had sack breakfast to go) because on Thursday and Friday we had to be on base very early. When I booked I figured we would be without breakfast but to my surprise we had it before leaving.

Pass this one up unless you like thin walls
So we had to evacuate from hurricane Milton and found this place. All the staff was very nice and friendly but as far as the hotel not so much. The 3rd floor is under construction and all you smell is fumes and the noise is ridiculous from that. And other that the construction noise you can literally hear everything in your room at all hours of the day and night. Were completely booked so we were stuck and nothing we could do. And this wasn’t the go to cheap couple night hotel rate. Here is my thing if you are doing construction on half of the floor just shut the whole thing down period. We left and still not able to return home and checked in at a home2suites cheaper rate and wow what a difference. So as far as the staff wonderful the property was less than acceptable.

Loved the location close to some nice restaurants.
They are remodeling the half of the third floor. I said that to say they are very quiet you never heard anything. It is close to Parris Island if that is the reason for your visit.

We came in with our service dog. I explained what her duty is and was told that she is not eligible to be a service dog. That lady behind the desk charged my credit card with USD 75 without asking for permission. After a costumer service center call from Hilton after my complaint that issue was fixed. Then we went into our room to find out that it was very dirty, dust all over the place and hair from someone else in the bathroom sink. So we had to go back to the front desk to ask for a clean room. Lucky enough we had taken pictures ‚to proof’ why we wanted a new room. We got into the new room that had a huge wet spot on the carpet..we assume the cleaning staff dropped a bottle full of some detergent on the floor…the hotel is outdated and dirty. The breakfast is ok. As a Hilton Gold Member we are used to stay in hotels of the Hilton Group. We do not recommend the Hampton Inn Beaufort, would rather stay in a competitor's hotel in the area.

Exercise room bike broken, microwave off, bad breakfast....not much left, even with an hour to go. Short staffed, or just not catching up....just not together, even with coffee and hot water.

Nice place to stay
Our stay was great. The breakfast was very tasteful, our room & bed were very clean. The sofa looked liked someone tried to clean it. Not clean enough for us to sit on, so I asked cleaning staff for an extra sheet. I used it to cover sofa. The staff were very nice and friendly. Would come here again.
