Quiet atmosphere and clean rooms.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Tokyo Big Sight.

The hotel is great, the staff wonderful. The evening drinks are kind of worthless and the rooms are tiny. The Ariake Garden mall is only a block away and you can buy anything you need there.
Excellent area for a one night stop over, but not ideal for sightseeing

Transport links made this a preferred location to stay as it was a quiet and residential area. Very small room for three people- friends had same size room for two. Clean and functional so would recommend.

Nice location and service
We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The welcome drink was delightful. Open bar for unlimited coffee, tea, water, juice, etc., until 10pm. The room was quite small but it has everything that we needed. They also responded to my request of the room view when I booked. The buffet breakfast was also nice, with more than enough choices. Perhaps the only con that we can think of is the lack of choices on TV. Only few local channels were available.
