We were there celebrating our 38th anniversary. The staff was very polite. In advance, I requested a room facing the park and they were kind enough to put us on the 6th floor facing the park and we spent every night watching the fireworks show. Thank you for that. I loved this hotel, it was clean and windows opened to allow ventilation and the bathrooms had fans. All that keeps it smelling nice. You could hear the falls at nught, and the beds were comfy. I missed having a pool, and the bathrooms were a bit tiny but otherwise, it was a perfect stay. Definitely recommend.
