I won’t be back!
I’ve stayed here many times but I won’t be back. A premium king was not available so they gave us a standard king and waived the amenities fee. The elevators don’t work properly and they were inoperative in April also. Plus, the bar was closed due to a leaking ceiling.

Crappy views, useless fees, poor elevators
The "destination fee" is mandatory and just gets you a discount at a few affiliated restaurants, but when we ate at the in-house restaurant they didn't even apply the discount. The elevators are horrendously slow and unreliable. On our last day, only one was working and it was malfunctioning by stopping at every floor. Everyone in the hotel was having to use the stairs instead. The shower curtain didn't reach the tub so every time we took a shower it flooded the bathroom. Many of the rooms look toward the interior of the building so all you can see are your neighbors.
