Matta Ne Japan!
The Hotel Location was the best part. A 5 minute walk to Omori Station. 2 stops to Shinagawa Station and then a transfer to the Yamamote Line to Shibuya and to all Hit spots like Shinjuku, Harajuku. Also to Yokohama which is a straight shot taking Keikyu Line. The room was a tad small but it worked for us. Location is key. We were happy with our stay, clean sheets everytime we get our rooms cleaned. Staff is amazing!

There’s problem with the heater system, it can’t adjust the temperature in the unit, it’s really hot in the room, and the biggest problem is sanitation. It's time to replace the equipment. However, the location is convenience, it is near by convenience store, supermarket and subway.

Decent stay near HND
I booked this hotel because it advertised shuttle to the hotel. The catch is the shuttle only operates till 9:20 pm from HND to hotel and the last ride back to HND was at 11:40 am. The shuttle times should’ve printed as part of the hotel description. I ended up having to pay for a taxi to and from the hotel. Very misleading. The staff was very nice and the rooms are basic- no frills which is fine for a one night stay. Across from a Lawson which helped with late night dinner and close to a park (a plus because we had our 4 y/o son with us) and walking distance to Omori station was convenient for travel. I did not give it a 10 rating because you were not allowed to bring outside food into the lobby and eat it there when clearly there was 2 sets of tables and chairs. I had to have my son go outside to eat his ice cream bar because they would not allow him to eat it inside their lobby. Maybe it’s a culture thing that you can’t eat openly in the lobby, but I just found it rude that they would not accommodate a child.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet
The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and we loved it. The only issue I had was it was a little too far from a train station which made it inconvenient. Otherwise it was very nice and I highly recommend it. There is a convenience store nearby.

Mystays was a great place to stay! We stayed for 15 days and 14 nights visiting family for 2 weeks! They cleaned our rooms everyday, making our beds, and changing towels to clean if been used. Front desk was very friendly and spoke good English to help with questions. They even held our luggage all day for free as our flight was not till 9pm and check out was 11am. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
