Not worth it
It wasn’t what we hoped for. I tried twice to message the app to ask a week before, but I got no response. I I thought about canceling and I should have. I was celebrating a birthday and I was looking for something close to the center of Zacatlan so that we could easily walk there, even if a little far away. Un the information it says it is about a 7 min ride to the center. It is not. It is T least 15-20 minutes and a very rough road for most of it. We arrived late at night and we’re given a ride there from the bus station. They couldn’t accept credit card because of the time. The lobby looked like a bar and had an unpleasant odor. Also, upon arrival the internet did not work. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was a good size, though. Our first morning we went to find out about ordering breakfast fast and we could not find anyone. When we wanted to return to the hotel we called for more information and we’re thinking about requesting a ride, but we could not get through. We finally ended up getting a taxi there. The second morning we were able to order breakfast, but they were very busy, so the service was slow. Most of the breakfast was good, though. I would only recommend this if you want to gr away. There is a lovely view and some of the buildings have some character (could be made into a very nice place). However, the price was the same as what we were quoted at some hotels in the center of town and supposedly this was a discount in app.

Hotel en el bosque, bonito, buen precio pero...
El hotel está rodeado de bosque, dentro de su propiedad, lamentablemente sus vecinos han talado todo el bosque anexo. El hotel es muy bonito por sus jardines. Aunque nos tocó en una sección anexa afuera de la propiedad principal. Recomiendo mucho este hotel si buscas pasar una mañana agradable caminando por su bosque y desayunar ahí rico y a buen precio. Pero si tiene 2 detalles importantes: el camino de acceso desde Zacatlan se vuelve angosto y empinado en la última parte, nuestro coche comenzaba a derrapar en la subida, por suerte no encontramos un coche en dirección contraria. El segundo es que el cuarto que nos toco al ser de madera no tiene ningún aislamiento sonoro y se escucha todo lo que sucede en los otros cuartos y afuera como si estuvieran en el mismo cuarto. Unos huespedes llegaron a las 2 am haciendo mucho ruido, y otra huesped comenzo a quejarse a gritos de que estabamos haciendo ruido a las 10 am mientras nos preparabamos para dejar el cuarto. Si quieren paz absoluta este no es el lugar.

Todo bien pero la entrada es pura piedra y se patinaba el auto un poco, el velador muy atento, lugar muy tranquilo, pero hay habitaciones que no estan aptas para descanso pprque se escucha a las personas que estan arriba , sin embargo me cambiaron de habitación y mas tranquilo, lugat apartado de la civilización

No pude hacer check in. A pesar de hacer la reserva con anticipación, el día de nuestra llegada me hablaron y me dijeron que la plataforma había sobrevendido el hotel y que me ahorrara la vuelta dado que ya no tenían disponibilidad. Nos dejaron votados en fechas complicadas. Muy mal!!

Lamentablemente esta muy maltratada la habitación, los muebles estaban sucios, hay mucho ruido de la habitación de arriba pues son de piso de madera, al baño le falta higiene y más comodidad.

El acceso a la propiedad es terrible, todo es terrazeria y subidas y por las lluvias es sumamente difícil el acceso, las camas son un poco incomodas, los espacios son pequeños, pero el lugar es muy bonito, las amenidades son fantasticas en todos lados hay un rinconcito lindo, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y lejos del bullicio. La propiedad exelente super tranquila muy bonita todo muy rustico te sientes como si estubieras en una cabaña adado del lago como las películas solo un pequeño detalle por la mañana cuando me desperte no habia agua en el baño mande mensaeje a la persona de resepcion y se soluciono pero como teniamos prisa algunos con los que iba no se pudieron bañar fuera de eso todo muy bien sin duda regresaria

Nos fue terrible, súper caro para lo que vivimos, llegamos y nada de señalización, un camino terrible de terracería y de película de terror, sin señalización, como una hora esperando a alguien y ya que logramos encontrar a alguien por que nadie respondía el teléfono, la habitación sucia y fea, sin agua caliente, estábamos arriba de una cocina en un tapanco que en la mañana nos despertó y las camas terribles; pésima experiencia para lo que se pagó y nadie tuvo la cortesía de disculparse, cero lo recomiendo :(

Potencial desperdiciado
La llegada fue mala porque es pura terracería , llena de hoyos. El internet que ofrecen es terrible, no entra la red personal y su wifi no se conecta. No había toallas para bañarse cuando llegamos y al pedirlas solo nos dieron dos muy delgadas, las paredes del baño tenían moho negro, y la regadera no tenía puerta ni algo para detener el agua por lo que todo el piso del baño se inundaba, el techo de la habitación era de madera y hacía función del piso del cuarto de arriba por lo que se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que hacían los huéspedes del cuarto superior. Cuando llamamos a la recepción para avisar del ruido, nos contestaría “si pues ahí hay huéspedes”. Tiene mucho potencial pero está muy desaprovechado con mala administración. En conclusión fuimos dos noches y ninguna de esas tuvimos descanso o buenas experiencias

En general la propiedad tiene potencial de más, sin embargo en la habitación donde me hospede, tuve problemas con el agua caliente el primer día, tuve que llamar al servicio para que la reestablecieran...En general las habitaciones son frías, se debe indicar eso, para evitar inconvenientes, aunque hay cobijas calientes, algunas personas podrían resentir eso. El fuerte es el servicio al cliente, destacando el recepcionista y restaurante. En general está bien, el lugar tiene potencial de convertirse en algo mejor, solo cuidar detalles, aprovechar las áreas aledañas, y en definitiva se convertirá en una opción increíble, sumado al excelente servicio al cliente actual.
