We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Very good location, ideal to go with kids. Our daughter loved the play area and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly too A bit disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant and having to leave the car keys at the reception.

The hotel has great facilities, however I was raise appointed because of the following issues: 1. The spa/pool area which is supposed to be relaxing and clean had huge puddles of water everywhere, even inside the steam bath and I found that quite dangerous (slippery), not to mention a bit gross. In the spa area you can hear loud music and all the noise that’s taking place outside. This also happens in the massage cabin which is on the hallway across from the cafeteria. Even though it has air-conditioning and heat, The room was very cold because the cold sifts underneath the glass door. VINA the massage therapist is AMAZING and prices are unbeatable ! 2.The bedroom was impeccable and I received an upgrade, however, the bed only had a thin white cover and to warm up I had to use an old brown blanket and an old duvet that didn’t even have a cover. It didn't even a small coffee machine which you find in most 3 star hotels 3. The buffet breakfast was vast but had very cheap quality food. The price is way higher according to What this hotel offers.
