Short distance to downtown but if you’re not wanting to drive and park downtown it was easy and budget friendly to get an Uber. The only negative was the close proximity of a homeless shelter but that said just be mindful of your surroundings.

We liked the clean rooms, large bathrooms, towels, comfy beds, great shower. We didn’t use the indoor pool but saw that the hot tub was roped off and unusable to guests. Breakfast was pretty good for people on the go. Rooms had nice furniture, comfortable. Nice size TV. Downtown Asheville only 5 minutes away by car. Lots of restaurants in area too. We didn’t use the see several homeless people hanging around near hotel by the road and nearby buildings.
