Loved staying at the Inn. Location is right in the middle of town with great restaurants, stores and an ice cream parlor only minutes away on foot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the Inn itself has a very homey feeling.

A beautiful old building with modern touches. The gardens around the buildings and common areas are fantastic. A great place to stay in the awesome little downtown of Aiken. If you have problems with steps, ask for a lower level room.

Truly 5-star rating for everything. My only suggestion is, at least for room #314, put in some outlets for USB and US-C cables to charge phones and laptops.

You pay for location. $100 a night more than the Hilton and poor breakfast offering. Hilton includes eggs pancakes waffles bacon. Carriage house had bagels and packs of oatmeal. You pay for being downtown I guess. The room was fine.
