Great hotel in a great location. Bed comfortable and AC perfect. I only marked down to 4 stars because the lift kept breaking down and the bar closed at 9pm.

Fine, “vintage” hotel/lodge in the middle of Death Valley National Park. Landscaping was amazing.

we got upgraded to a villa which has a golf cart to use by ourselves. we had an excellent time in the Inn, especially watching the sunset over the patio. The meal in the restaurant is very delicious and the Inn is real gem inside the death valley. The hotel and room are very clean. Guests may need bug spray if you want to stay in the garden outside the villa.

It is an older hotel so the room was extremely small. We were unable to cool it down to a comfortable level.
We had to park out back, walk up three flights of stairs to register and get to our room.
There is limited eating places onsite.
I suggest staying at the other Death Valley resort. We visited there and it was much nicer.

It was a true “oasis” in the middle of the dessert. Convenient to all the major sightseeing sights in Death Valley. View was spectacular… including their “star gazing” rooftop.

The staff was very helpful and the place is gorgeous with amazing views.
The only concerned i had was with dining, they were short staffed and out of options.
