The staff was very helpful and kind. The room wasn't spacious, but it had everything I needed. Internet is fast and reliable. The full breakfast offered every day was impressive. The restaurant food wasn't great compared to food elsewhere, but all in all, this was a great place to stay!

Staff is very good and courteous, breakfast buffet could have been better. front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Houskeeping lady was very polite. nearby area is amazing with beautiful cafes and dining options. overall stay was fine just the food could have been better.

I would never stay at this hotel. Very dishonest staff. On June 10 2023, I paid 1500 turkish lira for next day airport shuttle. I purchased it because staff said finding taxi at 4am in the morning may be difficult. Staff also said regular taxi ride would cost at least 600-700 turkish lira. Next day airport shuttle was 30 mins late; staff called a taxi around the corner instead (which arrived in 2 mins). Hotel staff did not want to reimburse me for the difference and wanted to pay for the taxi. So I simply paid 1500 lira for a taxi ride, which actually costed 400 lira (not 700). Very dishonest, very unprofessional. They simply stole my money.
