Wonderful hotel nearby Disneyland and DisneySea. Shuttle available for Disneyland, DisneySea in walking distance. Great breakfast options and staff were very helpful and English speaking. Staff also assisted me with finding a nearby airport Limousine to get back to Narita Airport. I had a wonderful stay here.

This is an ok property at an affordable price point. Walkable to Disney Sea but would recommend taking the shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort. Our first night there, the towels had stains and boogers on them. Sheets had stain too. The property is dated but it’s not too bad.
