We report the AC wasn't working, they told me by time We returned it is going to be fixed, it didn't happen, the sower, didn't have enough pressure it took me doble of the time yo showered, they never changed bed sheet, , no towel, no toilet paper. Front desk wasn't helpful at all.

Loved everything about our stay at this hotel, the room was perfect and spacious, the breakfast buffet was delicious as well as the food at a restaurant/bar they have at the roof top that gives an amazing view to the city. There is a casino right next to the hotel. parking is really easy access. The staff is super fast,efficient and extremely welcoming. Not to mention is really family friendly. Room service is 10/10. Definitely staying here the next time I come
