Muy limpio y excelente servicio
Es un hotel que por los muebles parece que es de los años 60s 70s se ve que le han hecho arreglos al baño porque tiene diferentes tipos de azulejos pero en si todo limpio, el área de las albercas muy bien y muy limpio. El Buffett muy delicioso y la comida del restaurante del área de albercas riquísimo también. La playa a unos cuantos pasos. Si lo recomiendo y si volvería a hospedarme.

Doors didn’t close very well had to really slam it. No hot water when we wanted to shower. The sinks faucet and sink were broken and when you wanted to use the faucet you got a loud noice with minimal water coming out. No water pressure what so ever. Not sure if all the rooms on the 4th floor are the same, but if I ever stay there again I would definitely be asking for a room on the lower levels.

A great place to stay for families. 3 pools. Lots of water slides and other kiddie stuff. There is even a full size carousel in the lobby! The food is actually very good. The pool water was about 95F during our early September stay.

The only negative thing about this property is the wifi is spotty at best. Everything else was fantastic! We tried this hotel for the first time instead of our usual and was disappointed the large pool was under construction before the busy season. We were not told ahead of time of the inconvenience and the staff was very nice, apologetic and made arrangements for us to have the best time possible. They really went above and beyond once they heard we were disappointed. We ended up having a great stay and i would definitely go back again. The rooms are clean, staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is yummy and convenient.

Positivo: tiene alberca templada y la playa es apta para asolearte y nadar. Camas muy comodas. El servicio de Spa que está instalaciones muy bueno. El servicio restaurabt Arbolitos muy bueno. Negativo: servicio desayuno buffet pésimo. Escaso en fruta y otros productos/bandejas vacias. Lento en área de huevos. Pocos.meseros. Del ala que dá al fraccionamiento se oye un ruido constante. Que dicen no saber de que es y en la noche se escucha tanto que interrumpe el sueño. En baño la tuberias y salidas de agua viejas, por lo que el chorro de agua es lento. Y el baño se dificulta. No te permiten ingresar con bebidas ni al cuarto, ni a hotel . Te hacen firmar que te cobraran 800 pesos. Y en alberca es muy dificil que te den servicio de bebidas.

A wonderful location in dire need of renovations. Broken window treatments/blinds - wood-rot in door frames, slippery tile throughout - showers were terrible and impossible to use. “Ocean View” was not an “Ocean View” Pools not heated - chairs in room had filthy fabric on cushions and from 1980’s - broken table in room - I could continue but won’t. Fantastic staff & beautiful spa. Pizza was delicious and a great breakfast buffet! Work on improving the property and its interior it will be an amazing resort!

We LOVED the fact that this hotel is RIGHT on the beach and you can walk a mile down the sandy beach to the Sunset bar/grill !!! The sunsets are PHENOMENAL !!!! The property is beginning to look a bit dilapidated....stained towels, blood on the comforter, clogged toilet, and in general needs a good painting inside the room and out on the balcony. But if management gets a grip on these issues, we would highly recommend this property to families (especially with young kids). The heated pool, water slides, pirate ships, horse carousel in the lobby, and water play land are PERFECT for kids. And the thatch hut bar located overlooking the beach is PERFECT for adults to grab a cold beverage while enjoying the ocean !!!!

It’s a really nice place. Unfortunately, for us it was very inconvenient and unsafe. We had my elderly mom with us in her wheelchair, and it seemed that the hotel staff didn’t care about giving us a handicap accessible room or maybe the hotel didn’t have any. Not sure.
