Everything was perfect. The room, location, convenience, staff, specially the cleaning ladies were really nice and professional. The only problem was when I arrived, they where going to give me a standard room when I booked a suite but yet again they where polite enough to fix it with no problems! Will definitely book again if the price is right!

Love Hotel Real de Minas Poliforum, good location, food is Great, Front desk service is there and resolve any problem immediately, I do not like to much on weekends because gets to packed with families and become noise, but in general is ok

The property is very nice . The pool is beautiful . The gardens as well . The rooms on the other hand were mediocre at best . Beds uncomfortable and too small for 2 people . The AC was weak to almost not functioning. The toilet was disgusting .

Normally is ok but last time hotel was packed, and this time in this area of the hotel was noise late night, then in the morning cleaning ladies where filling buckets with water to clean floors and talking very laud right outside of my bedroom door, very noise, they need to get some different hand, body soap and shampoo the one they provided is horrible and smell really bad
