Love location and view. I understand the decor and antique feel that they are going for. I just wish they paint patio furniture. Jacuzzi in mastersuite takes for ever to fill and wish they remodel or fix the plumbing and fixtures on it. The landscaping also needs to be better as tree limbs block view and at places its just out of control. I also wish they supply or offer wash clothes in the bathroom. To use for washing when showering or removing make up and brushing or washing hands.

the property was cold climate - dining area. much stone and tile creates cold. The heaters are older models in the room, no rugs to absorb any warmth. I changed rooms from the first with heater not working and no hot water. The colonial style building is nice but it needs upgrading to create a pleasant environment for guests.

I paid extra on the room for the city view suite. Just a heads up there's a good walk of steps from the parking lot to the room itself. The room itself is nice but needs a little bit of maintenance (doors that dont close, loose door handles and equipment needing major tlc). Now i know everything is barely getting back to normal due to covid but, heres the first issue we witnessed during our stay. There's a good amount of tree blocking the view so you get half a view of the city from the bedroom. At night it looks okay but it could be better. The jacuzzi needs some work along with the water draining into the jacuzzi because it has a lot of sediment or dirt so once full, its veryunappealing to hop in for a warm dip. The bathroom layout is nice but this is the main flaw we experienced during our visit. There are alot of cracks in the cement and rocks where bugs can get in. My wife killed about 4 full sized roaches and one small black spider in the bathroom and after the first one she wasn't comfortable in the room anymore. After the 3rd she traced them coming from the cracks in the cement. To finish the night we tried ordering bottle service, after flushing the jacuzzi twice to see if we could get rid of the dirt/ sediment since it takes a while to fill, which overall it took about 2hrs before the bottle arrived to our room. At this point we didn't feel like hopping in the jacuzzi nor having a drink but since we are on vacay we finished the night drinking and watching john wick.

The JR Suite is very spacious. The interior design is awesome. It has a center coffee table and a dinner table on the inside. The outside patio also has a dinner table. The only observation is that the suite doesn't have a heater. We paid extra for wood for the chimney. However, the blankets are thick and warm.

Great stay for the money
Hotel has a great location, as you can see great views of Morelia and you can go out to towns really fast. Also, rooms are large and most have terraces.

This property has a great view if you get a suite. Otherwise you don't get much of a view. The room and property are nice. Unfortunately the parking left much to be desired. Though staff asked for keys and moved cars as needed. But what I least appreciated was the noise. And that's from the property s own water heater or boiler to heat water for showers and just constant noise. It does have a gated community. So if you go out late the guard will have to let you back in. Nice property but flaws are adraw back.

The staff was prompt, professional and friendly. The hotel in general beautiful, some details need to be fixed but did not interfered with the overall enjoyment.
