Mold in bathroom. Shower didn't drain well so it flooded room. Room had a foul smell. Blankets were dirty. Very loud place.

Stayed the night to catch an early flight. Luckily I didn’t take my luggage down because I woke up full of bed bug bites all over my back, face and arms. Horrible experience. Rooms should be clean and never had I had this experience at another hotel.

Do not stay here
The place is dirty. The room smelled horribly. Needless to say that we checked out within 15 minutes of going into the room. They didn’t even bother to ask why we were leaving the room or if they could do anything to make our stay better. And of course no refund but losing my money was better than staying in a smelly and dirty room

El cuarto olía a humedad, no estaba limpio, las toallas olían a sucio, la regadera se inundó con el agua para bañarse la cual nunca salió caliente, ni siquiera tibia. Lo reportamos al lobby donde primero nos dijeron que había que esperar a que llegara alguien de mantenimiento. Tuvimos que bajar nuevamente para que nos dijeran que cambiaríamos nuestra habitación donde tampoco salió agua caliente para bañarse. Me pareció que no les importó ni les molestó en lo más mínimo el arreglar la situación.

La habitación está muy descuidada, no había closet (las puertas estaban rotas) el cancel del baño roto, muy sucio por dentro (moho) salían cucarachas, el espejo del baño también desprendido. Focos de la habitación fundidlos Las toallas huelen muy feo (humedad) además están percudidas, pedi me cambiarán las sábanas por que estaban rotas. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y contar con mobiliario me tocó estar cerca de la alberca, los animalitos rastreros entran por l puerta. Una de sus recepcionistas muy grocera y nada empatica su respuesta literal “es lo que hay”
