The front desk staff is personable, knowledgeable, and can communicate in various languages, including Turkish and English. The hotel is near the Metro M2 (green line) station, the Heritage Tram 2 stop (İstiklal Caddesi near the Republic Monument), and the F1 Taksim–Kabataş funicular line (which links with the T1 tram line (Kabataş to Bağcılar) that provides easy access to the Istanbul/Sultanahmet District.
