Toilet was stopped up and bathroom was not cleaned

I was supposed to get the best deal based on Expedia. I end up with the worst experience on hotel. Nothing special about the hotel, service was ok. I will not stay at this hotel again. Next time I’ll reserve directly with the hotel.
Corona Virus Conditions in effect so cant really say anything regarding room cleanings. Parked around the back and the courtyard was definitely dirty though trashed stayed filled up and scattered through the grounds.
Wish they had a microwave in the room. However, the water pressure in the shower was amazing.
We arrived at the hotel only for it to be closed called to try to get another room and we couldn’t this was a terrible experience
I was told, after i arrived there was a $25.00 pwr night hold on my credit card. When i specifically asked the desk clerk what charges i could incur, she assured me it was only for incidentals from the canteen. However, after i got home and checked my credit card charges, i was charged over $41.00. I called the property and was told parking is $17.00 per night plus tax. NOBODY took the time to mention this fact though i asked if i was incurring extra charges.

Our room was very hot. No matter how cold we adjusted it, it was still hot. We stayed in the concierge room so we were supposed to get more amenities with that and they said it was closed so we got nothing. They did nothing to try to correct it. Very disappointing.
