This is my second time staying at Maurizio suites on a three week business trip. The apartment is very cosy and has everything I needed for a long stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the area is quiet and close to the tram and to the river. Absolutely loved my stay there and hope to be back again.

I have stayed at the Max Aviation property which has the same owners and was pleased when this was available for my extended stay. Everything was very nice and the property manager was very quick to reply to my needs. I would recommend it. The only thing that was not as I would like was that I could hear the people walking on the floor above me. I will stay here when I come again.

Claude and Joelle do an excellent job communicating and the directions left in the room for anything you could imagine was included. Very close to public transportation. Although I would not suggest 3 people stay in the room due to the size, it was a very clean room, just a bit small for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the pillows are very flimsy, even using 2 at a time they were not very supportive. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

The property is very clean, exceeded my expectations. They provided basic necessities, towels, toiletries, kitchen is well equipped. Linens and beddings are clean and comfortable. There is a designated parking infront of the property which makes it very easy to unload our stuff. Location is quiet, about 10 minute walk to the tram station. Uber is also available. No receptionist on site but concierge is one phone call away, very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

To call this a deluxe suite is stretching credulity - it is tiny! The fixtures and fittings are good quality, but the entrance is cramped and they could dispense with the occasional table which just gets in the way. They had left us no toiletries, but luckily we had some. No A/C, though there was a fan. Difficult to open the windows wide. Situated in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk from the tram stop.

Just saw a request for the full sum for the next day !!! Tried to extend my stay and was refused but still billed for the whole day despite the hotel staff requesting my young children including my young baby to be removed from the room to the cold outside with my teenage daughter at 12:50pm ! Local tranquilo,silencioso,boa limpeza e a cada 2 dias trocavam as toalhas Deixavam disponivel cafe cha e fruta Disponibilizaram passes para transporte publico na cidade apesar de nao ter sido necessario. Gostamos muito da acomodacao. Resalvas: o cochao da cama de solteiro ja merece ser trocado e o travesseiro tambem ..o quarto ficou um pouco apertado para 3, o box do banheiro nao fechava toralmente,mas no geral foi tudo bem! Check-in e check-out bem práticos.
