My husband and I arrived at Mansion Borbon last night Sep. 13, 2022 at 10:15PM. The building was completely dark and the entrance gate was closed. I rang the bell and a sound system replied in Spanish “no response.” I tried again with the same result. I called the number in Google Maps, again no response. I went into the hotel website, called the number there, a person directed me to the “exit” gate, which was also closed, but that someone would open for us. After 10 minutes waiting and another 2 unsuccessful phone calls requesting the same to the same person, we decided to go to another hotel. I expect not to be charged as a “no show,” considering that in this case it was the hotel which was a “no show.”
