Overall, the experience was normal, and the staff was very kind and helpful. However, there were mosquitoes at night and inconvenient cleaning rules—one day they only changed the towels, and the next day they changed the bed sheets and pillowcases.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was very dirty, and it was clear that they weren’t mopping or cleaning properly. The wooden floor was broken in some places, and dirt was visible between the bathroom tiles. The bathroom sink was filthy, and the shower was extremely dirty. There was only one door in the shower cabin, so water would spill all over the bathroom. To make matters worse, the electricity kept shutting off during the night, and the heating stopped working. The entire place felt unclean, and even the bed sheets that had been changed that day were still dirty and torn.
Breakfast was only delivered to the room, but it wasn’t anything special. The jacuzzi was good, but honestly, you couldn’t even tell if they ever cleaned it.
