The hotel is very clean, is just a bit hard to get to the place.

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

Un hermoso paisaje los chicos de recepción y del restaurante excelente atencion. Aunque parece que hace falta personal. Si tuvieran personas o transporte para recorridos estaria genial ya que el hotel esta retirado del centro peeo el paisaje es impresionante
