I arrived to check in, only to discover there was no handicapped accessibility & no onsite parking. I had to park 2 blocks away & walk back to the hotel, despite being handicapped, as well as having a fractured foot. I had to park overnight in a parking garage (additional $30/night) & walk a block back to the hotel in the dark. I did not feel safe having to do that at all! When I asked about handicapped parking & services, the staff was very casual about it & said no, I had to park on the street & feed the meter every 2 hours or park around the block in the garage. No offers of help, alternatives, etc. I was kept awake constantly by the drilling, banging, & construction being done in the hotel the 2 days I stayed, I had no microwave, mini-fridge, & had to walk to the other end of another floor to get a bucket of ice. Being the weekend, I was told there was NO housekeeping services if needed, as they don't do housekeeping on weekends. WHAT?!! For having to pay parking garage fees & $300 for 2 nights, no handicapped services, no fridge/microwave, it was NOT worth the money I was charged! NONE of this was made known when I booked the room. I definitely won't be staying there again.
