The check-in/out process was simple. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, TV and thermostat worked appropriately. Breakfast though included in the price of the room, was limited. At first, we were provided a larger paper menu, but when we went to the restaurant, we were told that was the incorrect menu. The new paper menu we were given had only four breakfast entrees. Being a vegetarian, the only option available for me, was the French toast. Because of the limited breakfast options, I opted not to have breakfast the next and last morning. The other issue I had was, not knowing ahead of time, about the EXTREMELY limited free curbside parking. It is because of this that I would not stay at this location again. There is a parking garage, however, it costs $30 daily, $30 overnight. It should also be noted that though the property is pet-friendly, pets are not free, which I did not expect, however the cost was not listed on the hotels.com website. The cost is $75 and a $100 deposit was also required. IMHO, Hotels.com would better serve its customers, if the pet fees, parking situation, were clearly listed on its site for this property. This lack of useful information, will have me reserve directly with the property and not through hotels.com.
