Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. Terrible roads, difficult to find. No basics such as coffee maker or ice machine. Beds were hard as a rock. I advise looking elsewhere.

La recepción muy bien. El problema fue desde tempranito, eran las 7:00am y hasta este momento que son 8:35am estamos sin luz eléctrica, algo ocurrió, pero nada dicen. Un problema también que no había tenido en otros hoteles, es que ni tienen teléfono en la habitación, ni cómo llamar y preguntar sobre la falta de luz eléctrica. Creo que ese es el único detalle.

A las 8am te tocan la puerta y si sigues dormido y no respondes te abren la puerta, es invasión a la privacidad del huésped Deberían de checar las habitaciones a la hora que corresponde el check out El personal de limpieza es nefasto, les preguntas algo y no quieren ni responderte Al solicitar una habitación de 3 huéspedes únicamente te proporcionan una toalla para baño, solicitas otra y no quieren dártela Comidad , alimentos bien , resto pésimo servicio y atención
