Pulling up to the hotel you’re not sure what you’re getting but once inside he check in process was quick they were very nice the property was clean, Room was decent..it was walkable to United center. I’d stay there again.

Not bad for the price. It was near the event we were attending. Room was small, but comfortable. The only bad thing about our stay was there was ants in the shower it looks like they might’ve used bug spray because they were dying in the shower. Front desk associates were very nice.

I chose this hotel so that I could be close to the United Center as i had 2 concerts to attend during my stay. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be able to walk to the United Center and have a few food establishments close. The staff was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. If you need parking they do have a limited amount of parking passes. These passes are purchased for $25 a day. I arrived Saturday and received mine but some ppl arriving on Monday were not able to park in the hotels lot. There is not a hot breakfast but they did have fruit cups, pop tarts, and maybe breakfast (I cant remember). The room was great for 1 person. Plenty of space to store things and hang your clothes. My only issues were the water pressure on the toilet and their pillows are so soft (i like mine firm).

There is very little parking, in fact I had to park on the street. This seems to be more of an economy hotel. the clientele all night and early morning was loud and the walls are way thin. The staff was OUTSTANDING, nicest people yet they have some major challenges to combat with the location of the hotel and the overall experience. They were so kind and I truly appreciated them.
