One of the staff who worked at front desk, i think his name is Sagar, he helped me out when my luggage wasnt delivered from toyo, i received 3 lugagges and was missing one, i asked him to helped me to call Yamato and follow up for me, he called and even made sure that the luggage was delivered to my room when it arrived. He was very helpfully.

Beautiful JAPANESE STYLE Doubletree
Need to put the Japanese Style in CAPS as folks clearly did not read the description or look at photos before staying here. It is absolutely gorgeous but yes, the rooms are small and beds are low to the floor as it is Japanese inspired. The restaurant is really nice, fair size, breakfast buffet, and good on the current menu for dinner. Do not miss the Japanese baths - one for men and one for women. Highly recommend!

Never leave your chargers
All good other than one incident. I left my international adaptor, 2 phone chargers and 1 Apple Watch charger. I realized this by evening and called them multiple time. They did not have courtesy to call back. I called again to check and they mentioned that they have not found it. Bizarre in a country like Japan.
