I booked my stay here relatively last minute as I wanted to stay an extra day in Kyoto. I absolutely loved my stay at Oakwood and wished I could have stayed longer. The room was so lovely and comfortable, with all the usual amenities. The check-in/check-out process was really smooth as the staff were very professional, spoke great English, and were more than ready to ensure that my stay was an excellent one. They offered free coffee and tea service for a majority of the day in the lobby, with a lovely seating area as well. Everything was excellent - I'm looking forward to returning to Kyoto one day and staying here again. I've already recommended it to friends who are visiting Kyoto soon!
