Amazing location and comfortable stay. Would advise people to get monorail from airport & go into town for dinner as the hotel restaurant was overpriced with tiny food portions. Don't bother with desert unless you have a magnifine glass to find it, the coffee was awful, it was such a shame.

So pleased to get a runway view room which was fascinating as even late at night, there were people servicing the planes. Good choice of food and wine in the bar and the breakfast was just right for an early start. It was a short walk from the car park and then on to the terminal.

We had a room facing the Jet 2 runway. Room was gŕeat. Nice shower and Crabtree and Evelyn products. Comfy bed, nice linens. We stayed prior to an early morning flight, and stayed hear a couple of times. Its so convenient for Bhx. We had dinner in Odyssey, it was pricey, but really lovely.

Hotel was great if I was going to be critical I’d say complimentary water would be nice rather than opening the fridge and a sign saying go to the bar/shop. Also we never received our wake up call thank goodness I’d set my phone. The hotel is not cheap would expect a little bit more for the price. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and polite.
