The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the rooms are cosy and comfortable It is a little too far on foot to main areas, so have to rely on transport, which can be a little annoying but location is still relatively close The only feedback is no laundry services available through the hotel, but there is a little laundromat down the road. It does cost a fair bit and takes an hour away of your time, so it is inconvenient and I hope they will consider adding this as a service in future Otherwise a lovely stay :)

New and clean
Almost brand new hotel. Room was sufficiently clean when I checked in. Room cleaning every 4 days but they were flexible enough to do a cleaning on the 3rd day since I was checking out on the 5th. If I’ve to pick a fault, it is that the coffee machine really only serves coffee and doesn’t give hot water.

I will stay again
It is not a luxury stay, but it is one of the best I have been to. It has the best location - near train / bus stations and only a few stops away from Gion. Small room but big enough for two people. Super friendly staff and eco friendly environment. Plenty of restaurants and convenience shops around. It is super clean from head to tail. Quite and feel safe.
