Limpeza dos banheiros é terrível, principalmente. Mas de um modo geral, a limpeza é um ponto fraco no hostel. Deviam se empenhar mais nesse quesito.

Propaganda enganosa
Trata-se de tapiar o cliente. Contratamos o serviço por um valor e ao chegar lá me foi cobrado outro valor e ainda colocaram a culpa no site expedia. O recepcionista me informou q não fomos os primeiros a acontecer isto. Colocam preço no site pra três e chegando lá o valor é cobrado por pessoa. Confirmam a reserva pra três e cobram por pessoa. Picaretas. Camas usadas e bagunçadas. Ao entrar em contato com o gerente ele n honrou o valor e ainda disse q se n pagasse n era para hospedar. Como já eram 22hs acabei tendo q ficar na espelunca.
