"First of all, Joan was a super hostess who was very friendly. Very clear directions were given for this hidden gem. The view from our balcony was serene. We came at night but the next morning, when we pulled the curtains what a magnificent view! "We travel often to Mexico and I will say this was one of our favorite resorts. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is top notch and the location is perfect. We snorkeled everyday right out front of the hotel and saw so much wildlife. We watched a mother sea turtle lay her eggs on the beach at night and we snorkeled with so many sea turtles. José Mejía the Concierge in Building 4 went above and beyond for us. My bathing suit top blew away from laying out on our patio drying and he went and talked to everyone to find it. The only hiccup was the sargassum sea weed that is floating in during this time on the beach but the staff worked around the clock to get it cleaned up. We will absolutely be back!"
