The hotel is very clean, very closed to bus stop, train station, Gion, Daimaru, Takashimaya, Uniqlo, GU, Loft and other shopping places, also there are lots of food places you can go eat and enjoy. I’ll definitely go back and stay at this hotel whenever I visit Kyoto again in the future.

I am glad to stay here. All staffs are nice and helpful. I lost my phone at Kansei airport, reception staff help me ring to airport to explained my problem, I found my phone. Thanks God. I am really appricated for Riku's helping hand. I am surely will stay here when my next trip to Kyoto. Thank you once again.

Location, location, location. This stay was great for us, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. You are less than a block from the main shopping street in Kyoto and within walking distance to some main attractions, access to a metro and bus stop within a block that can take you pretty much anywhere without changing routes. The room is on the smaller side even to japan standards but can't complain.

I enjoyed my stay here, this place is very close to Nishiki market, Ichiran ramen, and the Maikoya tea ceremony. It is very accessible to buses and trains. The hotel offers complementary ice cream. My only complaint was that the refrigerator was not really cold at all, and I was surprised that the hotel does not use a luggage forwarding service.
