This hotel is in the Old Quarter and there are so many restaurants close by. We walked to the lake, train street, and restaurants. One of the staff named Zoey helped us booked tours too. Impeccable service by all staff, special thanks to front desk Bonie and Zoey for making this a memorable stay. Good breakfast spread with Real fruit juice (not packaged) and again their wait staff was efficient in all services. Room was spacious and beds were comfy, many international channels on TV, bathroom was clean and provided clean towels. Every attraction / night market / eateries were within walking distance. We spent 4 nights here. Highly recommended to stay!

Hanoi emerald waters hotel is an lovely boutique hotel. Room is clean with a good air conditioner. Bed in room is comfortable. I had good night sleep. Good breakfast buffet and made to order Pho noodle soup is delicious. Staffs in hotel is very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Hanoi.

The staff was wonderful- friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and had a wonderful chaise lounge that I enjoyed using instead of the bed in the morning/evening. The location was perfect- just minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and easily walkable to other attractions. The only negative was that there was no window to outside, so the room was extremely dark when no lights were on. Overall, though, it was a wonderful stay and I wish I had more time in Hanoi.
