Very good hotel and service
We had a great room with view to the ocean on the upper floor. Also we were given early check, which came very handy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It also comes with a library and entertainment room, with table tennis and fussball table. We also got an afternoon tea, which was very nicely made.

Nice hotel with slow internet.
The hotel is situated very good - close to dragon bridge and roughly in the middle of beach. Time has made some inpact on it , but if the price is O.K. so it is not so important.I still have to point out a negative thing - wi.fi internet, The signal was really bad though we stayed in premium room.Otherwise not too much to complain about.

Good Base for Tourism
Great base to visit the area. I landed at 10pm and arrived at the hotel after 11pm. Comfortable room. Nice breakfast and nice staff. Power did go out during my stay one night. Loved the bathtub with a view. It was too cold to use the pool but it was beautiful. A new Nobu hotel is being built next door. Try the Heart Spa behind the hotel.

Really good hotel but buffet breakfast was cold
This would have been 5 stars but the breakfast was a little bit of a let down for me. The buffet breakfast was not hot for the items like bacon and sausage. As a Westerner I realise I am in south east Asia but hope that in a hotel as good as this I would be able to have baked beans, cooked tomatoes and mushrooms as well as the Asian cuisine.

Lovely stay in this hotel . Very clean and beautiful rooms with magnificent layouts and view.. staff are very friendly and helpful .. pool is large and has a swim Up bar.. buffet has nice selection.. beach is directly across the hotel so very convenient.. Dragon bridge is only 3 minutes away by taxi and 5 min into the down town area . Love this hotel!

I was booked 3 room for my family last couple weeks. There’s something happened during my vacation time so I couldn’t get those rooms. I called hotel and talk to the staffs, they understood and helped me to move my booking to the other weeks. When I come to get my rooms, staffs in hotel so nice, they are asking and helping us whatever we need for our vacation. The rooms are beautiful with sea viewing, everything are clean. My kids they loved it. Recommended this hotel and I will book it again when I come back to DaNang.

I specifically booked an Ocean Tourane Suite and it was gorgeous. The view was incredible especially watching the sun rise each morning. The living room was large, bedroom area was also large with a sectional sofa. The bathroom was huge with a large bathtub. The staff were very nice and cordial. Mr Huong from housekeeping found a large amount of cash that I had dropped under the couch in the living room. He kind fully and honorably returned it to me - wow! Their breakfast provides so many choices. There was probably close to about 100 different choices. Anyone who is picky or have any food allergy will still have multiple choices and leave with happy stomachs. I am going to return to Vietnam and The Grand Tourane Hotel.
