Disappointed to be told the room was available, but would cost £30 to drop some bags in the room and leave. My daughter (5) needed the toilet and we were told there was none available.

Good apartments but issue with smoke alarm.
Properties were actually good. We booked two apartments for our family Christmas trip. One had a smoke alarm that was loudly beeping every minute. We reported when we left at 4pm. We got back at midnight and it was still occuring which we reported to the person at concierge. He really wasn't helpful and tried to tell us it was normal (it's obviously not and a sign that the battery is dead). As it was midnight we offered a compromise of unlocking the unused bedroom at which he said that was a problem as it would cost them to clean it in the morning. It might be, but it's not out problem in the slightest. The room was for our 88 year old grandmother so really poorly handled. Have to say the other staff on reception were really nice and helpful. Just a shame the issue wasn't resolved.

Excellent hotel, in quiet and convenient location
Excellent hotel, with all the comforts of home. About 5 minutes walk from Falmouth centre, in a quiet location. My only very minor complaint would be that there was shampoo but no soap/shower gel. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Overall the apartment was good. It could have done with a unit in the bedroom to put hairdryer, straighteners and makeup etc near the mirror.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful to my colleague who was in another apartment which had no mirror at all. They sourced one immediately for her.
